I thought I paid for everything in the Groupon app. Once you come to the store more money is required to complete the sale, so i had to figure out how to do that . I asked for air to be put in my tires 2-3 times and they insured they put air in them but didn’t do the back tires. I always request air and it’s done but it was a different staff this time , so those things disappointed me . Other than that everyone seem helpful and nice to speak too. I recieved valuable information on where to get the rest of my car serviced at , definitely appreciated that advice.

I have been searching for a place to get my oil change for a few days since I was new to the area and everywhere I went. I wasn’t very happy with getting my vehicle serviced. I went online and found Valvoline and from the time I walked in. Everyone was very helpful, Clay was great. He explained to me what the prices would be and I showed him my coupon and it was a great experience. John was wonderful. He showed me that my oil was clean. Did all the checks. Kevin was below.
