I was very confused about why if I paid for the synthetic oil change that it would not get me the 5000 miles for my next oil change. I was told that the computer does not give you a print out for the oil change to be done in 5000 miles even if I get the highest oil change which is the synthetic. That is not fair to me.

Matt runs a tight ship and it really makes me feel confident as a customer that all the steps are getting done correctly and nothing is being forgotten during my oil change. I brought in a brand new vehicle with less than 2000 mi, and it was nice to hear the communication back and forth between the surface and the pit. Hearing confirmation that the old oil filter o-ring was removed, hearing the torque spec for the oil drain plug, having the tech in the pit ask for the correct filter type. All of the steps were professionally done and well orchestrated. I also appreciate the extras such as the washer fluid fill and the lights check. This place is fantastic and I will definitely be back.
