They get a 3 due to how nervous I was made to feel about my tire rotation. The one woman who I guessed was the manager seemed to have a crew of inexperienced people working for her. The oil change was fine, but being told they can't check the gearboxes in the Truck unless they service them is a reason I'll go back to Jiffy Lube. We put way too many miles on our vehicles to not have them checked when we get our oil services.

They would get a 5 if they had rotated my tires. I was told they could not rotate them because I have aftermarket wheels. She said that it was company policy and she would get in trouble. So, with having oil changes & tire rotations every 2 to 3 weeks & I don't wanna have to go to two different places, I guess Valvoline Oil Change places wont be getting our business anymore.
