Better customer service.The service guy just opened 5hebpassenger door and opened the up the glove compartment without asking if he could do it.Then he continued on yo take all the screws off from the glove compartment to show me a filter that needed to he replaced. They did not have the filter, so it was totally pointless to remove it in the first place. After 40 minutes or so all is done, and I ask for my receipt. The worker said to me that I would get it in my email l,when I always get a hard copy of it. The guy just stepped out and guided it me out without caring about what I wanted,more worried about the car behind.They also checked the air pressure and the very next day one of the plastic covers to one of the tires fell off. It was not placed correctly. I will probably not go back yo this store. Also the man was badmouthing a previews Manager, which really I found it to be very unproffesional.

This was my first time coming to this location as my fiance and I just moved to Pooler. The two employees that I made contact with were both very friendly and very helpful and both smiled the entire time. They did great! When the man was asking about the services I was needing he never steered me in the direction to spend more money, he always recommended what was best regardless of if it was the cheaper option or the more expensive. And since I was having multiple things done, he even gave me a little bit of a discount, which, in todayu2019s world I couldnu2019t appreciate more! I will continue doing business here with both of my vehicles! I only wish I got the two employees names :(
