My experience with Valvoline instant oil change was great. They had issues removing my oil filter cap which was placed on incorrectly from a prior oil change. But that was like a challenge to the manger Terry who sprung into action and got the job done. The crew was also amazing as well everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be heading back there for my next oil change.

Overall the experience was good. Two things stood out. 1. They said my tires were at 35psi, yet they never checked them...2. Oil was spilled all over my engine cover. My car smelled like burning oil for 3 days after. I finally had to take the cover off and clean out the oil caught between the spark plug coils on the valve cover as well as spray degreaser on the block to wash the oil away.
