When I pulled it it wasn't super busy each bay had a car pulled in and 1 waiting behind.i was pulled to the last bay behind a truck.i was there a total of an hour. A car pulled in beside me right up to the bay and a few minutes later pulled it. I wish they would've maybe realized I had be there for 30 already at this point and had me move over but 45 minutes sitting outside of bay and 15 to complete my services. They usually do the brakes and light check didn't this time. Didn't ask if I wanted to replace my cabin filter which usually I do. You can tell they felt rushed to get everyone in and out but for over 100.00 I feel I should get what I pay for.i can go to honda and pay less but I like the usually convenience of in and out service thats usually through.
