This was my first experience. I got lucky and arrived when no other customers were there. I didn’t see any employees out and about at first glance but as soon as I got close to the baby opening a staff member came out and immediately started waving/directing me to drive into the bay. Two more staff members came out. Service completed quickly. Staff was friendly. Verified with me the oil level when they got it filled back up.
