A week prior I pulled into the bay, the mechanics got everything going and then, “sorry” we don’t have your air filter, we can’t provide your service. Call back tomorrow or the next day and we should have the filter. I call back the next day and the day after that, no filter. A week goes by and when I call again, the phone representative said they had the filter. I pull into the bay to get my car serviced and they start everything up again just to tell me again, “sorry, we have no air filter for your car”. That is why I’m highly dissatisfied, lack of communication, always telling me to call back and never once did they offer to call me when the filter came in. Then to go there for the second time being told the filter was in stock, only to be replaced for the second time.

Unfortunately the filter I required was not in stock. An associate left for what was to be a 10-15 minute trip to obtain a replacement. Unfortunately they were gone almost 50 minutes explaining that the replacement store was very busy. I was busy also and your associate should have called back and explained the delay. I would have returned another day rather than waiting a total of an hour and 15 minutes.

They let you know what services are recommended, but are never pushy as if they are trying to make a sell and pressure you into doing something you don't want at that particular service.
