Extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Valvoline. After a routine oil change, the metal plate under my car was never reinstalled. I discovered this only after hearing a loud noise on the highway and finding the plate dragging on the ground. I couldn’t reach the shop by phone and had to contact corporate to start a claim.
When I returned, the staff admitted the mistake was due to poor communication—one employee removed the plate and went to lunch, and the next person didn’t put it back on. The Assistant Manager also admitted she noticed the issue after I left but didn’t bother to call me, despite having my contact information. That level of negligence is unacceptable.
Although they reattached the plate and claimed no damage was done, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care means I will not return. This was a completely avoidable and stressful situation caused by carelessness. Unprofessional and disappointing.

Came here for an oil change at 5:30pm. Sat and waited to be pulled into the bay. Was finally guided in. Another car (BMW) was guided in AFTER me and was immediately attended to. Get the old staff back here. The black young lady with the multicolor hair. The older guy. The staff here as of Feb 2026 are NOT on it. When I said I was leaving because I wasn’t getting serviced (INSTANT in the name right?) after sitting for 15 minutes, they told me I could leave. No apology. Nothing. I’m not spending my money where the service is trash. They aren’t organized and flow like a team like the old staff. Do better!
