The main thing was timing; it took a little over 30 minutes for everything to be done, while the lane next to me started and finished 2 whole cars in the time that mine was being serviced. Staff was friendly, but it almost felt like he was frustrated at me/my vehicle, and there could've been a little more communication with me. I know he's just doing his job, and he did a good job, but I think he mightve let his frustrations show a bit too much. Still a good experience, though!

The staff had to go to a local auto parts store to buy a filter for the vehicle. The RAV 4 is a pretty common vehicle, so this was surprising. They had trouble removing the filter once they returned from the store. They had trouble resetting the change oil light. I should have been told the filter was not available before the service was started. The staff was very nice.

I got an oil change my headlight changed out and a replacement battery. My battery was installed incorrectly which after a few days cause my car to lose all power in the middle of a busy road. I was stranded for nearly 45 minutes till the tow truck towed me out of the road. Inquiring not only a tow bill but also a bill from my mechanic to reinstall the battery correctly. If your technicians can’t do their jobs then they shouldn’t have a job. If my car had of lost power in the middle of the highway which I had just gotten off two lights earlier I could’ve been severely rear ended and possibly killed this is not a joking matter this is very serious. A stalled car in the middle of a busy roadway is dangerous.
