I don’t feel comfortable going over the pit and the staff build my confidence doing so. That I am highly satisfied with. Once you are over the pit they check wipers, lights, turning signal and brake light. Then they proceed to change the oil and a whole lot more. I am truly satisfied.

My ENTIRE reason for choosing Valvoline was to use a coupon sent to me in the mail. I had an expired coupon for 50% off but asked from the beginning if it could be honored. The first person said he would need to find out. The second person took the coupon and said nothing but the team started the work. Before the work was completed, the second person (lead or manager?) said the coupon was expired. I already knew that but they were already working on the car. This should have been resolved BEFORE any work began; I felt trapped. I had to search the internet to find a coupon and in the rush could only find a 10 percent off coupon that had a bar code, although I found another coupon that had a promo code that didn't work. So, I ended up paying a lot more than I expected (with the additional purchase of an air filter that I may or may not have needed).
