The team did a detailed and careful inspection prior to servicing my vehicle. They recommended that my wipers looked worned (they were), they checked my cabin filter (it desperately needed changing), and the tech also brought to my attention that the cap on my wiper fluid reservoir was missing. All items were taken care of and there was no pressure to correct any of the above; however, the tech provided prices for the wipers and the cabin filter and shared where I might be ablt to get a cap for the wiper fluid reservior.

The gentleman who was assisting me was great. At one point in the beginning a coworker came over and insisted that I use a higher grade oil even after I informed him that I was not interested. Mid service a different coworker was talking to the guy that was in the pit and began using curse words as he started the second curse word I hollered out at him as right next to him with the window down was my 90 year old mother in law. She and I both grew up in a time that men were not to curse around women and children. I informed my main tech that anytime someone curses they should be required to read a page of the dictionary so as to learn new words because when someone has a higher vocabulary they can use other words than a curse word.
