I came to this location for what should have been a routine service, but it ultimately led to significant vehicle issues and a complete lack of accountability.
After problems developed, I obtained a CVT transmission fluid sample, which was later submitted for independent lab analysis. The CVT oil report raised serious concerns about the condition of the fluid and whether proper service procedures were followed.
More concerning is that Valvoline’s CVT service practices do not align with the manufacturer’s Owner’s Manual guidelines for my vehicle. Nissan CVTs have very specific service requirements, and deviating from those procedures can result in severe damage.
I have since sent yet another email to Valvoline, providing both the lab report findings and the Owner’s Manual recommendations, in a final effort to resolve this matter before escalating further through Small Claims Court. Given the documentation involved, this should be a straightforward issue to address.
Instead, the situation has been dismissed without meaningful investigation or resolution, even after escalation through the BBB.
This experience reflects a failure not only in proper service, but in accountability when something goes wrong. I would strongly caution others against trusting this location with CVT or manufacturer-specific services.

I don’t think I have ever had a less than fantastic experience at the Valvoline by the Woodstock outlets. This time was no different. The manager Ian has incredible customer service skills and I will absolutely be back for my next service! Truly have not experienced this kind of service and kindness at any other valvoline locations. Never bad - but never as great as this location!!!

My husband and I have been coming here for over a year for our car/truck maintenance. They’re always so kind, informative, and quick to get you in and out! We usually just happen to get Jordan and Cory and they’re always so nice and smiling! Thank you guys!
