If I could put negative stars I would. Brent the "stand- in" manager allowed his mechanic to break our oil pan valve without informing us of the over torquing issue. Didn't ask us if it was ok to proceed even if that meant possibly breaking it. He admitted fault, has it on video that he alone made the decision to try to get the valve out which caused the break. Told us he was uncomfortable with us driving the car and that they would pay for a tow truck and pay for the repair. Then changed his tune and refused fault, said it was fine to drive based on him "test driving" it. Which entailed pulling it out of the bay and driving around the building to park it. Now GM Robert Parker is arguing with me on the phone and as I was making my claim his phone line "mysteriously" dropped the call.... Absolutely ridiculous, total disrespect and terrible customer service. I was being yelled at by Brent one minute then he was crying the next. That business has no one there with common sense and customer service skills. Don't waste your time!
