Very friendly, a little slower than normal, and the sales pitch was pretty long. Eventually he realized I didn't want a 15 presentation and he cut it short, but if they're already running behind I recommend they don't do as long of a services pitch.

Moe was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly, welcoming, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He was also hilarious and made the whole experience enjoyable!
