I showed up to Valvoline tonight with slight panic, thinking I had no oil in my vehicle. (I was wrong, thank goodness) I do have an oil change scheduled for next week, and shared that with the staff who assisted me. I had two lovely humans, Nick & Blaise, who talked through some maintenance tips with me as well as checking my oil and topping it off to give me peace of mind that I had a sufficient amount of oil until my oil change next week. They were so friendly, extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel bad/silly for my questions. Super grateful to have had a pop-in place where I could ensure all is okay. Thank you, Nick and Blaise!
