I’ve been coming to Valvoline for the last few years since moving to Ankeny. I’ve always had great experiences and the staff are super friendly. I appreciate that they don’t pressure you to buy things like I’ve experienced at dealerships; especially being a women. They are honest and straight with their customers about the vehicles needs. I went in for an oil change and they told me they recommended to replace my air filter. They showed it to me and it definitely needed replaced. They asked to check the cabin air filter, but I already have one at home to change it out and they didn’t push the topic. They are quick and reliable for my cars needs.
