This was my very first time going to Valvoline and I would have given them a 5 star IF my very first encounter would have been an honest one. When I pulled up, the guy who checked all of my lights tried to sell me a replacement light for $15. He said the light was out and I could get fined because it's illegal. I said can I see and hopped right out and went to the back and sure enough, it was working just fine. He said he forgot to tap it because sometimes it works when you tap it. I was so disappointed and worried that they would try to upsell me on tons of other things I didn't need. It made me anxious. But it was a great lesson for my two boys who were in the car with me. I prayed and asked God to bless the men working there and that I would receive a fair and honest oil change. I was please with the end result. It's important to note that the man that lied to me did not do my oil change, so I was grateful. I don't think I will go back if they think they can take advantage of me. I rather go somewhere that is honest.

It was a good experience with the exception that two of my wheel studs were broken during the tire rotation. Thankfully, the crew told me about one so I was able to take it to another shop for repair. During that repair Heartland Tire and Auto showed me a second wheel stud that was also broken.
The oil change and radiator flus process that I had done seem to be good work! The team was engaged, communicated with each other and paid attention to the customers during their work on my vehicle.
