Staff could not reset my oil service light. They tried a couple things and then told me to just “drive around and see what happens”. I googled how to do it but it is disappointing staff did not know how to do this. They also entered in my email incorrectly so I did not receive my receipt initially.

Better communication, it was a little hard to hear in the building so maybe speaking up a little so I could better hear would have been appreciated. another thing is using full sentences instead of “turn it off” when referring to me (the driver) and my car would have made a situation better to understand and showing more concern and better expertise with situations. I asked about a leak they said I had one with no additional details on what that would cause for me in the future. Then a warning popped up and the worker dismissed it as “probably a faulty sensor”. I asked about a check engine light that’s on and had no future help revolving that. Other than these minor issues the customer service was nice, especially from the guy handling my payment.
