The 100th st location in urbandale is honestly the only location I like to visit. The guys that work there are great! Very knowledgeable and will take care of all your needs. Shout out to these guys for making my experience a great one every single time I go there!

Was really disappointed that they did not clean the battery hook up cables, etc especially buying a brand new battery! (Also, had an oil & filter change) Also, previously, they always showed me the levels of checking my car fluids, ex) that the oil line was accurately filled on the oil stick & trani stick, etc. They use to volunteer to ask pertinent information of quality care for my vehicle. Just felt like I was going thru a "car wash" "next!"

I have gone to other locations with no issues, However... My boyfriend took his car here to have an oil change done. His car ended up dying across the street at Casey's due to the shop's negligence( which they admitted later) He was informed they weren't familiar with a Prius as well which should have maybe been discussed... After having to have his car towed to another shop, he was out over 600 dollars which they refused to give back. I have recently taken my car elsewhere as well
