I previously went to the Grand Ave location and wasn't pleasd with their work or their depressing/rude attitudes ... THIS LOCATION IS THEE EXACT OPPOSITE! The staff here is very polite and thorough. Answered questions I had about my car. They knew exactly what they were talking about. Very nice, personal and professional. I highly recommend THIS LOCATION (2195 NW 156TH ST)

It was a cold day and my wife and I was trying to get home. The usual tire light comes on with the cold air. Tried the free air by the gas station with no luck. Pulled up to the valvoline instant oil change and told the gentleman I needed some air. This gentleman pulled me in and went to work checking all my tires. Got them aired up and on our way. Wouldn’t let me pay either. Which we gave them what cash we had on hand and said at least buy a coffee if it was possible.
Thanks again to the guys (I’m sorry I don’t remember your names), but I will say this THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH you guys rock. May your Christmas be blessed and your bellies full. The dodge journey from Nebraska. Than you again.
