I felt rushed through and asked a question about my coolant which they say they filled and clearly didn't when I checked it. They also said they checked tires and they didn't so I had to wait after being told to go for then to check. They just rush through service quickly and nis ny a/c doesn't cool after this service. I went on a two hour trip with no air conditioning.

There were three bays open with two to the east being occupied. the west door was open. another customer pulled up and slowly started to drive in without being told it was ok. One of the employees started yelling and screaming at the customer. It didnt affect me other than I was embarrassed for the woman and thought how lucky the employee was that he directed the yelling at her and not me. Very unprofessional. If I were the woman I would never return.
