I would like to start with saying this was my first and probably last time getting an oil change here.. I thought it was suppose to be an in and out kind of business, however it took over 40 minutes for them to change my oil. No one greeted us for over 5 minutes and when they did it was the manager. He checked in ran my card and then never came back over. The only person on the team that bothered to communicate with me and try and speed up the process was foster! He is a prime example of amazing customer service. If it was my business he’d be the manager… not whoever they have now 👎🏽
