Manager hid outside entire time. I had a coupon for a free oil change which they declined to honor, stating it was for $15.00 off only. Manager declined to come talk to me, instead service tech had to keep going to her. An air filter that didn't need changing was changed, after I stated to leave it in.

We got right in the bay, however, the manager was so busy interacting with the driver of the other vehicle that we were left sitting there for over 10 minutes. When one of the techs asked her if they were only doing one vehicle at a time she completely ignored him. She made a big deal of telling everyone to say goodbye to that driver and his child. That is wonderful except for the fact that she never spoke one word to us during our entire visit. To make matters worse, when I checked my credit card I discovered that we had been charged 3 times. I called what was listed as that locations number but got a customer service center. They were friendly and got the problem corrected but by the time that call was done along with the oil change it had consumed much more time than was necessary.

At a previous oil change I was given false information that resulted in my car having NO OIL AT ALL. And I discovered at my latest appointment I was given the wrong oil I was charged for. I explained that the staff told me the oil change would last 5,000 miles and to ignore the service interval and she told her manager she never said. I listened to her and ignored as she told me to add 2,000 miles to the sticker given and this resulted in me driving with no oil. Iu2019m so disgusted that she lied to her manager saying she never said that and they even gave me the wrong oil. And my latest appointment they still charged for my oil change which shouldu2019ve been free. All in all I promise I will tell everyone in the quad cities to never goto valvoline

They usually give us a lights and all that checked they didn't do that. Then they wanted us to get a different type of oil and told us that if it messes us out engine their not responsible and this has never been an issue or even brought to our attention before. They acted like they didn't even know what they were doing. Never again will we go here

When I came to get my oil changed, it look them almost 2 hours to change oil and flush radiator. i only came for an oil change but he said the additional service would take 15 minutes which took way longer than expected. and on top of that, they did not check my lights, gave me the most expensive oil without asking AND the general manager of the pine st. store said my $93 would refund after 24 hours but didn't, so I called customer support and they said 3-5 business day. it has been passed the 3-5 business days and i still have yet to receive my refund. i will be calling back about the money and will not be returning to valvoline.
