I brought my fleet vehicle in for scheduled maintenance oil change, battery change, check tire pressure, fluids, etc. The associate noted on the invoice that tires and washer fluid were checked. I visually noted they were not. I asked the assistant to confirm they were taken care of, as I’m about to travel across country. Tires were then checked. I asked another assistant to double check the washer fluid as I could see no one checked it. That assistant asked the other if he took care of it and he told him to tell me he did it. I knew he did not and when I got home confirmed my washer fluid was empty. The whole operation seemed short staffed and both bays had long lines. The staff that were there did not seem to motivated or friendly. I’ll most likely take my fleet vehicle and personal vehicle somewhere else moving forward.

Staff was courteous and friendly helping me through the process which was alien to me since it was my first time. The staff took the time to show me the dip sticks on various parts of my car and things I should check for regular maintenance of the vehicle. The technician recommended additional services but did not push them more than necessary.
