While I was waiting in line to get serviced, I noticed right away how good of a mood one of your service members was in due to the interactions I saw him have with his coworkers as well as other customers. Mike explained each option of service, as well as what it each individual service impacted on my vehicle with a certain eloquence I have never experienced in any other mechanic situation. (minus the air filter carver killed that explaination, though.

Rebecca and Matthew were amazing, made me feel great about everything done to my car and the importance. I just had some maintenance done to my car somewhere else but they had told me about everything Valvoline can do for me so the next time I need any of those things done for my car i will definitely come here instead! The check on my break fluid, test on my battery, my power steering fluid was also super nice. Thank you guys so much! I always feel very confident with my cars health when I come to this Valvoline, thereu2019s others Iu2019ve been to that have made me a bit unsure if they knew what they were doing or not but this one made me feel very comfortable with them doing stuff to my car. I was in the bay for literally an hour and was very disappointed because the website advertises 15 minute service. I expected to wait 30 minutes, but not 60. This caused me to be late for work. Had I known it was going to take that long I wouldu2019ve visited at a different time. At no time did anyone explain to me what was taking so long until I asked 45 minutes into the service. Also the communication was terrible. Someone brought my air filter to show me but explained whether they recommended to replace it, or anything. Service was subpar.

They were short staffed which i can understand but she told me it would be a 45 min wait which is fine but that turned into a 2 hour wait and it took them 30 min to finish my car. 30 min per car is way too long for an oil change and I wish i never went. If they know its going to take 30 mins for above for an oil change they Should close one bay and focus on doing quality work. If i can get a refund that would be awesome and i would consider coming back to Valvoline but at this point I will never be going back to any
