Staff was having to do everything manually due to outage from Crowd Strike issue. They continued to work as fast as they could & be helpful. I know they were probably getting tired but it didn't show or reflect in their attitude. I always go back because of how they explain everything. And they do not treat me like I don't know anything because I am a woman!!! Thank you to all of them.

I went in for a fuel system cleaning and the technician tried to tell me my upper motor mount is bad, it is not bad. I received great service except for that. I did have to replace my spark plugs but that was taken care of by my son after the system cleaning. I would suggest that if the technician want to try to say that a motor mount is bad etc. that technician should have the car owner look at what they are seeing. This person seemed new and the store manager was not there when I arrived at the store.

I was told it would be 30 to 40 minute wait and it was well over an hour. They had an off road vehicle to service and evidently those take longer. I wish I had been made aware of that as the line they put me in was obviously the slow lane and I watched cars who came after me get serviced first.

I also greatly appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me, and I still ended getting a new cabin filter and wiper blades. He showed me what was wrong with it, how much it costs, and if I’d like to replace it today. Matt definitely takes pride in his work and it seems like that is the standard at this Valvoline location.
