Only had to wait about 10 minutes for previous vehicle to finish. Service was good with brief explanations and communication/offers for other services based on mileage. Staff was friendly, asked questions, and I like that they showed me the dipstick with the new oil on it. I was able to use a coupon, which was nice to save a little money. It was a new experience for me and convenient to stop by on my way home from work, not even having to get out of the car. I'll be back for the sheer convenience, especially if I can use a coupon.
