Christian! I would like to thank Christian, the manager of the Apple location. I had gone 10,000 miles over the recommended miles for my 2002 Volvo, and Christian explained to me in a very kind and professional way that I should definitely not have waited that long. My oil filter was filled with sludge, and my air filter was terrible too. I was very distressed because I knew I messed up and my car is old and I need it to work, and I was worried. But as I said, Christian was knowledgeable, polite and reassuring. He changed the oil and replaced the filters, and I was on my way. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at this Valvoline location. The whole team of employees were pleasant and unassuming. They seemed to be enjoying the day and their job, and I am grateful for the whole experience.

Great friendly staff, fast service. When I roll out, I’m 1000% confident that everything’s tight and right, unlike other shops that have honestly left me stressed out about.
