They gave me a sticker that said I needed another oil change in 3000 miles. My owners manual says 5k-7.5k. When I confronted them about this they said 'that's just what Valvoline recommends...' but wait, that means Valvoline oil is worse quality correct? They denied this. So either they're selling poor quality oil, or they're lying to you so you get more oil changes. A lot more. 66% more($200+ a year). Either way, this is crook behavior. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Most drivers fall into the "severe driving" category, which includes stop-and-go traffic, frequent stops, poor road conditions, and adverse weather.
