Went to Walmart, had them change my oil.The previous times, I had full synthetic. They asked if I wanted the same as previous. Told them yes, but Walmart put conventional blend in. It was going to be another 2 hours for them to fix it. I drove Straight to Valvoline, and you guys got me in and out, quickly. Yes it was more than Walmart, but it was done right, and fast!

When I got there I told them I had a coupon and tried to give it to them - he said he'd get it before they finished and apply it to the bill. This did not happen!!! I reminded him when he asked for payment. He ignored it and when he handed me the bill it was not on there. So he said he'd apply it to the account for next time. Seriously!? At that point I wished I'd gone back to the other Valvoline in Eagle that would've taken my coupon and applied it first.
