Difficult transition in my life in addition to my truck having been in a recent auto accident(mostly cosmetic) to which made me nervous about what they might find and/or what they would have to work around. Entire staff led by Roger were 1000% honest in what they discovered which is pretty much those issues I had already suspected. I tend to make mountains out of molehills and these brought me back to reality and gave me the best price possible($15 off coupon that I forgot) totaling a price I havenu2019t realistically seen since the late 1990s. Invoice total ud83dudff0 $37.47 conventional oil for a 1999 Nissan Frontier. This is the best bunch from any Valvoline Iu2019ve had perform oil changes on this truck and other much newer vehicles/trucks in the past 30 years within CA, AZ, WA as well as Idaho. You surely have my respect and my business from here on out.

I went for my transmission. They did not have the transmission fluid I needed. I was told it would come in Thursday, but the shipment didn't come until Fri afternoon. None of that was the fault of the people at the store. They gave me a number to call so that I didn't have to drive in. There are several other places close by that offer the service I needed. It was the way I was treated that made me want to wait and take my car back to this location. I even took another vehicle in for a oil change while I waited. Everytime I went into this location the team was in a good mood and a pleasure to talk to. Also if I started a job for this company I would want to work for these managers. They spoke kindly to their employees while explaining the processes to the new worker. Roger and Tristan I believe are their names.
