Not spilling oil on my intake manifold and valve cover when filling with oil. Dripping down onto the exhaust and lower suspension drivers side! Car was smoking from under hood when I got home. Also dirty oil dripping from skid plate below filter. Had to clean this all myself with brake clean and rags. Had to remove engine cover to soak up the oil on manifold and valve cover. This car has never had any kind of leak! Terrible mess that I had to clean. Should never have happened!

The staff becomes like friends, they actually care about tge job they are doing and they care about my vehicle and myself.We share friendly banter as well as condition of vehicle. I had a leaking rear main and they videoed it so I could have my engine rebuilder (new engine still under warranty) watch video and identify it was Rear main. Really enjoy the great help and awesome attitudes of Manafer Arielle and her team of happy helpers.

I assumed the wiper replacement price was for both. A little high, but ok saves me another stop. The bill was significantly higher than I'm use to paying and when I finally had time to look at the invoice, the oil change was higher than usual (even with the $15 off coupon) and the blades were double so instead of being high, they were ridicules. If I'm in a hurry I'll be back, but not on a regular basis.
