I arrived ten minutes prior to closingWasn't aware that they closed at 6 thought it was 7.I asked male if I should come backHe replied 'no...it's ok"They rushed through everything...were done in 10 minutes!I doubt they changed oil filter Female looked irritated and I commented to male about itThey also over filled my oil!When I asked questions the male was rudeLeft feeling upset and hoping they didn't screw anything up!

The people doing the work did a great job. The problem I have is when I called I was quoted at dif price then what I was actually charged by over 100 dollars. I gave the make and module of my truck i asked about diesel price because it takes more oil. The call center told me the wrong price just to get me in the door.

Really bummed about my last experience here. Owen and his co worker were very unprofessional, pushy, and quite touchy. I went to pull into the bay and was met with the tech cursing under his breath at me. They must not think people have their windows down.Haven’t had bad experiences like that in the past but I think it’s because they were about to close down for the day and resented more business. They even closed the doors on me to make sure I paid them.
