Not my first time at this location, but very disappointed. When I got home, I found that the coolant and washer fluid were not topped off, even though the receipt said they had been. They did not check the air pressure in the tires. Not impressed at all

They charged for an extra 5 quarts of oil when all other locations include the 10 quartz in the price for a diesel oil change. I change my oil every 2 weeks and showed the manager all 20 receipts from the other valvoline locations. He said they were corporate and not a franchise so they charge more.
