My wife called and asked about the topping off of fluids and whether that included oil or not. She was told that yes, the oil would be topped off for free once in between oil changes and all other fluids would be topped off anytime for free. We came in and had washer fluid added and 0.5 qt of oil added. All other fluids were checked and were okay. The tire pressure was checked and it was okay also. We then received a bill for $4.24 for the oil. Please don't say one thing over the phone and practice something else in the store. Other than this, we had a great experience. Thank you.
