I seldom write reviews unless the service is horrible to save someone else from getting ripped off. But I want to write this POSITIVE REVIEW for 12th str Nampa Id. station. Every time I go, I've received excellent service, Friendly, professional & fast. But the reason I'm writing this one is because the young man with his managers jacket on because he was cold. (He let me know this 1st off, lol 😆) He was so articulate and friendly. He also taught me something I didn't know and have since found out not very many know.. There is a air vent filter in you joky box or somewhere close, that needs to be changed also!! I'd had trouble with my cabin air vents not blowing out much air. He asked if I'd like him to check my vent filter I had no idea what he was talking about, of course I said Yes, afterwards I had so much air flow I had to turn down the level. It has been wonderful these hot days and having good air flow to cool off fast. Thank You so much!
