Received phone call from manager after I called and let them know what happened, he indicated that they would look at it and take pictures to determine the failure. Um.. the technician was the only person to touch it until it came off while driving 65 on the interstate..

My interaction with the staff was great. Everyone was very polite, friendly and welcoming. However, my concern is with the results after. I noticed lots of oil smudges on my vehicles exterior and when I parked at home I noticed my car was dripping what seems to be oil. Prior to my trip this was not happening. Ultimately, I do not feel that taking my car back to Valvoline would be the best way to maintain my vehicle. I have not contacted the store yet to address my concern with the leaking that is happening.
