She reviewed the maintenance suggestions based on mileage and did not pressure me at all but answered my questions and gave me a print out with pricing when I asked. She was fast, and checked my dash air filter as well which I forgot was there and boy did it need changed! Thank you, she and the other staff did. Great job.

I waited in line for 45 minutes. I was told by 3 different staff that it would only be 10 more minutes. There was no apology for the wait. 3 cars came & went in the opposite lane of me. I will not be returning to this facility! The manager was one of the people that told me 10 more minutes. I would have liked an apology for my having to wait
