I love your service! Most of the time I can get in and out quickly. Staff is always friendly. I like that my records for each vehicle I have serviced are stored for the long term. I usually have had to bring in my own oil since it’s such a new diesel. This time I stopped by to see if they had it and they did! However the hubby felt like the oil and service was overpriced compared to what we usually pay when providing our own oil.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped unlatch the hood when I couldn't reach it, the shop was clean and need as were all the employees. Everyone was kind to each other. Service was fast, even though I was third in line the wait was minimal. I have a license plate light out because of a faulty housing. They explained how to get a new housing and they would install in for me and fix the light. So so very helpful.

First they lost in my engine one of my air filter screws and explained to me that screws are dropped in engines all the time. I informed him prior that it cost me 10 dollars a screw at the dealership he then told me the minor dropped and lost the screw in the engine but not to worry he checked my fan belt but prior to this he pulled out my cabin filter I had to show him where it was and when he put the cabin filter back he was starting at a plastic part that holds the filter in and say someone pulled on it to hard in the past. Used force not finesse. I 100 percent think he broke it because I was sitting there when he did it. I was offered 25 dollars of my next oil change. I just said to myself really.

The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. I wish that the cost to add freon was not $200 and that there was a way for the team to diagnose the problem before jumping to this solution as this did not resolve my issue and I am now out $200 with an A/C that is still broken and I need to go get another part repaired. When I asked about the A/C they had reviewed it and said that there didn't appear to be a leak so it was likely the freon being low, I think adding in additional diagnostic testing would be beneficial for future customers to ensure we aren't wasting time and money and leaving feeling like we were misled. The staff was great but the process should be revisited and maybe provide further resources for the team to know when/if certain processes are worth it/necessary to pay for for the customer.

I always tell them they’re like the chick Fil a of oil changes, efficient, communicate well and fast! So I had my oil changed and wiper fluid and coolant topped off. I then drove to the store and noticed a huge puddle under my car and then went back to them and they told me they couldn’t diagnose the problem but helped me determine it was wiper fluid pouring out. Saved my peace of mind that it wasn’t the coolant! I will always only go to Valvoline for oil changes. In all of my years going there I’ve never had a bad experience!
