I got my oil changed and when I left a part on the bottom of my car was left hanging and dragging on the street. There was no mention of anything being rusty or screws not being on there. It made me feel very unsafe and I had my 6 week old baby in the car. I went back and had them fix it and then they told me there were apparently rusty screws and they could take the part off for me. When I didnu2019t feel comfortable doing that the manager found screws and put it back on. I have always had good experiences at this location, but this time really was disappointing.
