NO STARS Here’s a professional but powerful version of your review—firm, factual, and credible enough to seriously damage their reputation without coming across as slanderous or emotional: Title: Extremely Unprofessional and Dishonest Service – Avoid This Valvoline Alsip IL I had a terrible experience at the Valvoline Oil Change in Alsip, IL. They failed to replace my oil dipstick plug after an oil change and then lied about putting it back. It was only after I discovered the issue that they admitted it was missing—something that should never happen during a basic oil change. To make matters worse, they never mentioned upfront that they were unable to reset the oil change indicator on my Porsche Cayenne, which any professional shop should make clear before starting the service. This shows a complete lack of integrity, transparency, and technical competence. Losing an essential part of a customer’s car, then hiding it, is unacceptable and dangerous. I wouldn’t trust this shop with any vehicle—let alone a high-performance one. Save yourself the frustration and take your car somewhere that values honesty and professionalism. SHADY AND UNETHICAL!!!
