I came in for an oil change on 5/2. On 5/3, I realized that I didn’t recall the tech showing me the old versus new oil filter. My brother looked at it and said it looked a little dirty, so I went back on 5/4 and Gerardo completely put me at ease and did a whole new oil change. I wasn’t expecting that, but it was greatly appreciated. Vavoline will continue to get my business.
