It was hot the day I was there. I was one of the last customers of this day. I attempted to joke/communicate w staff- no responses. Asked to scan my door, showed dipstick, and was told my price and to start car- that was all the communication I received. When paying I told them I had a coupon, no response just looked bothered. Scanned, I paid and I was handed my paperwork and sticker. I mentioned they hadnu2019t verified my mileage- no response. I was told to start my car and the guy was waving me out. He smiled as if he almost forgot to and I was in my way. I left there feeling like u201cwhat just happened?u201d u201cDid I get an oil change?u201d u201cWhat was topped off?u201d Was anything wrong?u201d The last couple of times that I visited to have my oil changed I was told how much was taken out when they Evacu2019d it- that way u would know how much Iu2019m using/burning. I donu2019t even know if they did Evac it. I was in/out in like 10 minutes. Felt very fast/rushed. Not a great experience.
