It was ok. But it was extremely hot the day I went in, sitting in a car in a garage. There were several employees working and they all seemed much more interested in talking about their Subway orders than in getting the line of waiting cars serviced and out of the garage. That was a little annoying.

Tire pressure was never checked, when asked, was told it had been done. It was not. Staff member did not check my battery. Typically the staff member can be visibly seen checking all points of service under the hood and checking to make sure things are tight and put in place correctly. That didn't happen. Never checked my lights for working order. A lot of the "Full Service" was completely missed. Not a normal visit for me, usually I am highly satisfied. It was busy at the time of my visit, but it has been before and I have never had an issue with skipping steps like this. Especially for the price being paid for services.
