The service associate really advised me well on the 2 types of synthetic oil offerings. Especially in light of the age of my SUV. He also explained all the offered services and pricing. I am familiar with the standard maintenance and when it needs to be done, but this print out is a great reference. I'll definitely come back to get these done because the value is so much better than at a dealership.
