Operation was very smooth, business like, I was kept apprised of status. Techs on the floor efficient... giving feed back on what was observed. Of course friendly low pressure approach to selling service. Manager, Nina, was obviously customer oriented... good people skills... her interaction with techs good Asked if OK to place service sticker in windshield... nice touch Low hassle, high service Bill

The Batavia staff are great from the moment you pull in your car. They have everything in order, the process runs very smoothly, and they offer services that may suit you, with zero pressure on accepting. They answer any and all questions posed to them, are upfront with costs, and get you out the door as quick as possible. Also, if you need fluids topped off or have any questions, you can stop in between visits for them to help. I have not had a problem with them for the years I have been going, and look forward to each visit!
