Nina who is at my Batavia location was a particular highlight. She was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and super helpful. I’ve actually been turned down when asking for tire rotations at this location before, but she took the time to really inspect the car and make sure they couldn’t do it. But because she took the time to look, they actually realized that they could do my tire rotation, so I didn’t have to go to another location to get that service done. I was so impressed with that
