My maintenance light has been on since we had the oil change, but we were leaving town, so no time to return for it to be checked and I don't know if I trust them to fix it anyway. They handed the sticker for the next due oil change to my son to apply himself and did not reset the maintenance records on the vehicle, which is the problem I assume. For what you charge and the fact that it is literally all you do, I feel like it should be done correctly.

Employee, who I realized was the manage had me and the car next to me shut down despite the heat; would have been understandable if the wait wasnu2019t so long without A/C. Was a bit brusque, no apology. This is despite the app saying there was only a 0-10 minute wait. Once I was in, the tech had to have me reposition the car after they had already begun working on it. Even saw employees going around the corner to smoke despite the abysmal wait times. Took a long time once I was in the bay as well. Probably close to 30 minutes for a regular oil change.
