Staff were AMAZING and so kind. Had a nice chat about Jeep "Easter eggs" with a few techs. This was the day the cloudstrike incident happened, so computers were down. The person who checked me in told me about the issues, and we would do things manually, which was fine. Everything went smoothly. Website Said 0-10 minute waiting time. They were extremely busy so when we got in line we figured 30 or 40 minutes, which was OK. We didn't get into a bay for over an hour, then waited another 20 minutes before service actually started.

The sign literally says “come in for a 15 min oil change”. I was there for about an hour, and all i got was the oil change. I get people can be busy and the time may vary, but the employees were all loud and talking to each other about non work related stories. Then a cop came in and I’m assuming they all focused on getting him out the door faster? I don’t know, but it seemed like they dragged their feet, and even at the end when I was complete, one employee asked another to guide me out. To which the employee responded oh I just clocked out. I mean come on. Socialize on your own time, & if you are right there, just guide me out yourself. He wasn’t doing anything anyway. It’s not like that individual was doing a great job of supervision anyway.

When I pulled into the lot, the rep yelled for me to "come on". When I didn't, he just kept yelling instead of coming out to signal. Throughout the entirety of the services ( oil change and transmission flush) the rep kept walking around to other stations and inside. Rep quoted one service at taking "10 to 15 minutes" but ended up taking 40 minutes. The oil change and transmission service took about an hour to complete. When I mentioned that I needed to go, the rep got an attitude as if I was being an inconvenience to him...by pretty much telling him I needed to leave

There was a guy from Fairview heights Valvoline working there and he showed me how to check my oil light which I’ve been trying to find since I bought the car lol. He also changed my carbon air filter which no one had ever done and I was wondering why when I turnt my air on it smelled funny. He went above and beyond with the service he provided. I wish I could remember his name he did and also job and didn’t pressure me into buying anything but I’m glad he checked my carbon air filter because no one has ever done that. I learned something new that day myself.
