I got an oil change on black Friday and at the time i wasn't aware that valoline was offering a black Friday discount . My son went to the same location about an hour after me and received the exact service I did, however he was offered a discount. I went back to ask for the discount refund and was approached by Jamal who was very rude, close the garage door on me and told me that I was not getting my money back from a discount. I qoute, " you not getting your money back bro" At this point it's not about the discount, it's about the respect that people no longer seem to have.I will never have my vehicle service here again or recommend valvoline to anyone that's for sure
