The staff couldu2019ve been better experienced on the problem they cause with my vehicle. I got an oil change and when I left my check engine light came on. I took it back the next day and none of the staff couldnu2019t explain why the light was on. Whole staff was nonchalant about the problem.

The mechanic was heavy handed he mustu2019ve thought my washer fluid was screw off cap and he tried to turn it and broke the neck of washer fluid tank because it was a popOff when they told me I had a leak in my tank I said thatu2019s in possible this brand new car and only people service my car is Valvoline and the manager made every excuse in the book why it was broke accept taking responsibility of his technician action so I was waiting on manager to call me itu2019s been 2 day Iu2019m going up there today

Everything for the most part was great. There was one employee mumbling about something he didn't want to do. I let the person know I didn't want him working on my car if he didn't want to. Just a word to management in customer service the customer notices everything. It certainly won't keep me from coming back but management has to remind staff a smile and keeping your complaints to yourself for the moment goes a long way.
