I have a 2017 QX Infinity. I am being told that I should have gotten the full synthetic oil and filter change, but when asked out of the 3 which one o wanted, being a female, I did not know so of course I go with the cheaper one. When going back to the dealer you do not have this situation. They know which one to put in your car, so I am a little concerned about valvoline putting oil in foreign cars.

Valvoline team was friendly and detailed on what the car was getting serviced on and when I did not understand and asked for further explanation the staff did so with a happy positive attitude. I will continue to come back, I love the service, being able to sit in my car and to see everything being done rather than in a small shop where you can’t see anything.
