This is the 2nd time at this Valvoline that the Top Deck employee (2 different people) DID NOT know how to reset my "Change Oil Light" after services were completed. I the customer had to google search how to reset it on my vehicle so the alert stopped coming up on my Dashboard....Is this an unreasonalble expectation? Your Service staff should not be trained to know how to reset the oil service light after service is received? I NEVER had this problem at Jiffy Lube

I been going to get my oil change there for a while. The staff is always welcoming and fast and thier communication is on point with each other and me ( the customer). They went over all the options of what I should get done and why. Not to be a bother but the last time I went there someone stripped the screw to my air filter and didn't put my air caps back on which I said in the last review. But over all good service.

Our experience with this Valvoline oil change location was awesome. We've been here in the past in another car, but that one was in an accident and was totaled and now we use my sister's Toyota Prius a Hybrid. Both my mother and I who are elders, would like to commend the staff who worked on our car - Jazmin, JaJuan, and Mike, and the guy who did our oil change in the bottom level (I forgot to get his name) were all exceptional. They worked great as a team, they were very courteous, and knowledgeable of my questions since we drive a Hybrid car and wanted to be sure I could do an oil change here. These individuals are more conscious of providing friendly and supportive services than at the dealership! In appreciation of their exceptional service, we ask that they be given a raise or some sort of rewards to keep these beautiful individuals at this location. People are priceless at these types of places and deserve to be commended and rewarded for their outstanding service. Thank you all for your great work!
