I know I came close to 4pm when closing time is 5, I also know it’s a place for quick service. However, it felt like I was an inconvenience, I clearly interrupted conversation among staff and although I typically receive quick service, this was 10 minutes or less which makes me question if it was performed properly. There were red boxes on the screen which I’m aware means that services are due and none of that information was relayed to me. It was obvious I was a hassle and their goal was to get me in and out with minimal effort. Don’t make that so obvious next time.

Firstly, I was satisfied with the fact that prior to my visit, I received a coupon in the mail for my oil change that I intended to use however the day of my visit when I called, I received a better coupon deal, then when I arrived there for my service, the staff were very friendly, very accommodating & easy to communicate with, as someone who isn’t very knowledgeable on cars, they always make things easy to understand and I never feel like they’re trying to get over on me on top of the fact that they always do an amazing job on my car and in a timely manner. 10/10 service!
