The young woman who assisted me during my trip was very courteous and professional. She did not pressure me into anything extra and was not snippy when I declined any other services. In the past I was usually assisted by a man in his twenties who would act annoyed when I declined filters or other add ons. It was very refreshing to have the woman who was sweet & helpful.
