They open my reserve for my radiator coolant, and it sprayed all over my engine, leaked all over the floor and they didn’t top it back off. I had to go to AutoZone and purchase another bottle of coolant. I had to replace the coolant that they would not replace when they spilled it all out of the engine. my car could’ve overheated and I could’ve done damage to my engine. I would not return to this location.

I was confused as to who was my technician. 3 different people were asking me questions. The ending meter reading on my receipt was incorrect, the equipment was faulty. Therefore, the mileage for my next visit is uncertain. One of the technicians ended up writing the correct mileage on a sticker putting in my window. The staff attitudes were not bad just ambivalent. Also, there is too much turnover at this particular location so it is hard to feel comfortable because you never know who or what you are going to get. I had to back out of one bay and go to another due to the faulty equipment and then I believe I waited to long for the service to begin.
