The assistant manager Anthony at the location in Chicago on Western Ave is absolutely horrible. They broke my skid pate and told me to go get it fixed at a mechanic. Why? If you broke something fix it. Their solution just zip tie it. However, they asked me if I had zip ties. I’m the customer!!!! Good luck going there anything. Oh and their 18 point check they claim to do… they changed oil. I had to ask check ties, the air filter etc. Good job Anthony! You’re not qualified to be an assistant manager!

The entire team was amazing today. Anthony and Mavin helped me so much on my visit today. Anthony suggested things that I needed to get done and went above and beyond to make sure my car was in the best shape it needed to be in. I highly recommend this Valvoline location! Thank you!
