First of all, I initially arrived at the location a few minutes after closing time on Saturday, April 6th. A very nice young man came to my car and sincerely apologized that the location had already closed. He asked if I would return at opening time the following day - he would provide a discount for my loyalty! Very nice customer service! When I returned the following morning, Sunday, the two gentlemen who took care of me were courteous, efficient, and explained all the procedures they performed on my car. I mentioned the discount at payment time, to the young man who appeared to be the supervisor of the entire oil changing process, even though I failed to get the name of the young man who offered it the previous day. He happily applied a discount, without question. Nice guys and good service!
