On March 23rd, I went to get an oil change and an air filter changed on my 2022 GMC Terrain. The next day, I noticed my car was jerking and my engine light turned on. I called and made a complaint and I took my car BACK for them to look at it. I’ve never had issues with an oil change before. Turned out, the air filter was placed incorrectly and it was a quick fix. Then on April 19th, I noticed there was an oil spot in my garage under the spot I always park my car. I called and made a complaint again. I took my car BACK AGAIN to get looked at and turns out it was a gasket issue. The manager there gave me the option to replace the gasket but I needed to PAY for the top off after the process if any oil leaked out. I asked for the replacement, my oil was mostly full and I left. These issues were completely not my fault and I should not be asked to pay for anything they need to do to fix THEIR mistakes. If anything, a full refund should have been given but there was no compensation EVER mentioned. There was no accountability for anything here and I will never be returning back. I always take mental notes and Daniel is the person who was doing the oil change on my car and also changed my air filter.
