My car takes fully synthetic oil which is not always in stock. I went to the location near western and Fullerton in Chicago. They were out but they called the next closest store to confirm if they had the oil. They did and said I would be there shortly. Communication between stores was great and the service with a smile was appreciated.

The person doing the talking while the other guys were doing the work was not very receptive to my responses that I didn't need any additional services, and just kept plowing through his sales spiel. I was there ahead of schedule because the car was complaining of low oil pressure. (But I didn't bother mentioning that.) At no time did anyone warn me that my car had been dangerously low on oil; I asked at the end of it had been low and they said "oh, definitely." They showed me my dingy but perfectly ok air filter in pursuit of trying to sell me a new one, but failed to mention the actually dangerous condition of the oil until I asked.
