I came about 20-30 minutes before the shop was to close for the day. Most customer service people at any other shop, restaurant, retail store, etc would have had the worst attitude about me coming so late. The Valvoline men were SO NICE and helped me with smiles on their faces. They got the job done quickly and efficiently and I felt so cared for (my car too!) Lastly I was able to use a coupon I received in my email which I really appreciated the extra few dollars off. 10/10 experience, thank you!!

Purchased wiper blades the next day it rained and the blade broke went flying off my car when I returned to have it replaced I was told it wasn't I stalled correct the first time . They replaced both washer blades and apologized for the inconvenience. I was stranded n a rain storm with jo wiper blade on the way had to wait 40 kin for the rain to stop before returning and having the blades replaced
