When I pulled up to valvoline it was around 945 am. I guess the car in front of me had a few more issues than a oil change. Didn’t leave valvoline until 11:45 am. After finally getting asked to bring car forward around 1030 am the young associate informed me he had to go for training and would have somebody else come help. The middle window was moving extremely slow that morning. Being a manager at my job also i do understand. I just wish the employees would have been more alert that the middle window was not moving. And a few customers including myself were in line for over 1.5 hours waiting for a usually 20-25 minute oils change. It’s all love valvoline just let us know what’s going on next time 🖤

The pricing is a bit high and if I’m paying that much for an oil change why can’t I get the Val online bottle oil instead of the filtered oil from a weird looking bottle being poured into my vehicle.

Staff was very friendly and communicated well with me in terms of price and what other services could be done. I didn’t feel pressured to get the extras on the spot (I didn’t get them), but because of this I will definitely budget one of the recommendations for the next visit and the visit after that. The staff seemed to enjoy working together and it seemed like they had a nice flow going which made the service be done quickly and with care. Then being happy made me happy (no one likes awkward situations). They did great!
