The man on crutches with tattoos and long finger nails at the computer was great...he communicated very well, seemed highly organized and instructive to staff. He looked up which discount would be more beneficial; coupon or military.I was in and out much quicker than I thought I would be. When I had a fleet car, used Valvoline all the time....not sure why I don't use them as much...however, after this experience will be back!

I had a small oil leak when they told me, though they had someone double check it and then offered suggestions for places to get it fixed and a rundown of basically what we need to be done. They definitely went above and beyond.

Normally I can watch on the computer monitor work taking place below the car, but for some reason it was not showing this time. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but it wasn't noteworthy so that I would recommend to Others. From what I could tell, they did not check tire pressure, I know they didn't ask me what I wanted them filled to because I would have had them add air to both rear tires. They did check fluids, blinkers, lights. I probably would have bought air filter if asked, its been a while since last change. Kid who started my service, was nice enough, but it was obvious this was a summer job until he went back to school. Had I more time, I would have gone to the Fairview Heights, Illinois store, even though I live in Collinsville, and that store is closer to my home. Right or wrong, I just got the feeling staff didn't really care.
