My husband took our car in. I relied on him telling me an oil change was due. He was wrong. He had only used the car for approx 500 miles since the last change. The people that changed the oil did not say a word. They knew, they record the mieage. They could have told him that his oil change was not due yet. Not a word was said. It's like they saw the old guy coming and just had no humanity. No, it was not their obligation. It would have been a courtesy. Thanks guys for not bothering to mention this to a repeat customer. Not your job.

I have two different cars that I always bring here. I brought both of them in the last two days. The workers that are there now have no sense of urgency. I will never go back. Never.

I went back the following day after getting my oil changed because I thought I had a leak. They got me right in, confirmed the filter was bad, and redid the work. Great service.
