Customer service was spot-on from start to finish. Landon and Pauline were professional and efficient. Despite it being a busy time right before inclement weather, the entire process went much faster than anticipated.

Took nearly 45 minutes to get my oil changed even though there was no wait time. The workers were too busy chatting and pussyfooting around. Not pleased at all.

Waited over 2 hours for an oil change. All the bays were full when I arrived with only one car ahead of me. Don’t feel it should have taken 2 hours for that? I get in the bay and I wait another 25 minutes for someone to help me and start changing my oil. A boy with blonde hair ended up helping me and he was very kind and got things started immediately. Not his fault i understand I think the management needs to do better and maybe hire more people. Not sure but I don’t think I’ll be back. Have never waited this long anywhere else.
