The young men at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change location where we went in Crystal Lake, Illinois worked very well as a team, they did not play around while they were working, they were focused on what they were doing. My wife and I are 71 years old and we have worked all of our lives, enough to distinguish an excellent team when we see one.

Did not have a pleasant experience here at all. Went in for an oil change then all the sudden they try and sell you a million other services. They have a price match guarantee however they will give you a hard time and attitude about it and will not honor the full price match. I paid and went back and forth about the price match before my hood was closed so I found it very convenient that my windshield wiper fluid wires were disconnected which could have been a hazard as I drive on the highway a lot and salt and snow makes it almost impossible to see with out a little wiper fluid. I will not be going back that’s for sure.
