I was surprised to be told they cannot rotate my tires because they donu2019t have a tool to torque the lug nuts to my specs? The specs are the average 140 ft pounds. I also paid $30 more for a synthetic oil change than I would have at the dealer. Lastly after getting home I realized they never reset my oil status in my truck and then found and had to wipe off oily finger smudges off my door handles and doors.

They said there was oil on my filter so they sprayed something on it to help clean it off which then caused my car to start smoking on my way home and still once I was home. I am not sure if it caused any damage to my vehicle but I was not happy about the smoke.
