They said there was oil on my filter so they sprayed something on it to help clean it off which then caused my car to start smoking on my way home and still once I was home. I am not sure if it caused any damage to my vehicle but I was not happy about the smoke.

My vehicle uses 7.5 qts of oil, it needed 2.5 extra qts for the oil change. I was charged $24.00 for the extra oil or $12.00 per qt. Terrible price. Will look elsewhere for future oil changes for my families service.

I went in for a simple oil change, that is all. Part of the process with Valvoline is to check air filters. When they went to check my cabin air filter, located in my glove box, they notified me that they noticed a broke clip. I assumed it was air filter related and figured I would take a look at it later. They didn’t indicate any major issues so I assumed it wasn’t that big of a deal. I got home later and went to open my glove box and the clip to hold my glove box door was broken and a screw fell out. They broke my glove box door. It was working PERFECTLY FINE before I arrived at Valvoline. They broke my glove box door and swept it under the rug. Highly dissatisfied.
